LEAD SINGER

Born in the 80s, grows up in years of unrepeatable musical ferment, when it was really difficult to stay indifferent to it. Initiated to music by Queen’s and their singer Freddie Mercury, he then heads to toughest styles from the German Scorpions, Whitesnake, AC / DC to Skid Row and over. Always in continuous backward-looking, he approaches from the New Wave of Simple Minds, The Cure to INXS pop and the electronics of Depeche Mode or the experimental Enigma. He began performing in clubs in '94 and spent several years in the Turin music underground. In the summer of 2010 he founded the "Made in Eighties" tribute band to the 80s with whom he treads the boards of all the major stages of Piedmont and Lombardy with great public success. Backed by the experience on stage and the passion for the English punk-rocker, in 2017 he founded the Rebel Idol project.

BASS GUITAR

Amplificazione Mark Bass.

Fetishist of the thick strings (but someone even calls him “bassist”!), born in '68, he moved to Turin from Naples in 1997 on a Fiat Ritmo charged more with musical instruments than with clothes! In 1998 with the "Trait d'Union" he won the "Un Po 'in Musica" bands contest. In 1999 he joined the "Oltreconfine" (one of the very few bands in Turin area specialized in "mesh-up") of which still today is part. The experience from 2008 to 2011 in the "Laid Aid" (covers from Live Aid gig of 1985) should be also mentioned. In 2015 he joined the "Made in Eighties": his essential but powerful style contributes to complete the band's path to the re-interpretation of the pop hits of the 80s in a “rock mode”. In 2017 he enthusiastically joins the Rebel Idol project. He loves the electric bass also as an object, and owns a collection: with the "Oltreconfine" he plays G & L Made in Usa 5 strings, with "Made in Eighties" he plays Steinberger XL2 4 strings of 1989, with Rebel Idol he plays the  same exact basses as Billy’s bassist, Mr. Steve Mc Grath: Fender Precision Usa with EMG active electronics, Warwick Streamer Stage I 5 strings with EMG active electronics. Mark Bass amplification.
